In terms of product delivery we can boast a similarly impressive record where, despite having occasionally had to meet very tight deadlines, we have never delivered products outside of the commtted timeframes, not even by a single day! Our best record to date being the sourcing of critical parts for a client on a Friday evening in the USA and delivering it to our clients on a Monday in South Africa.
